Some are quieter than others, some load quicker than others, so it may be an idea to upgrade your drive. Swapping a drive is not as simple as opening up the console and swapping the drive. For many consoles a unique serial key links the drive to the console's main motherboard.

Here is the process we use for replacing your Xbox360's DVD drive:-

* Carefully we dismantle your Xbox360.
* We then remove your Xbox360 DVD drive.
* The Xbox360 it's self is then cleaned of any dust build up.
* The DVD drive is then connected to our specialist equipment and tested for any problems.
* A raw copy of the firmware located on the DVD drive's pcb is then taken.
* We then extract your unique DVD key from the extracted raw firmware file.
* This DVD key is then injected into your new Custom Firmware.
* The custom firmware is then flashed to your New DVD drive.
* The New DVD drive is then fully tested for any read errors.
* Carefully we re-assemble your Xbox360.
