I Need Technical Support operate a Drop Off and Pickup workshop based in the centre of Bath. The repair workshop is open for street trade and all repairs are welcome although you may be asked to book a repair slot. If you make a repair booking by phone or email and you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know ASAP, that way someone else can utilise the repair slot.

If you are unable to bring your "item for repair" into the workshop we do offer a Pickup/Return Service anywhere in the UK for £20. Simply contact a member of the team and arrange a convenient day for your item to be picked up. Once the repair is complete your item will be returned.

Most of our repairs can be performed within 3 hours but you will be told by an engineer exactly how long your repair will take when you first contact us.
